OPI! You get an A+!!
I have to say, I am so impressed with OPI's Holiday '09 polishes. I've picked up almost every one of them... I thought some of the glittery reds were too similar, so I didn't pick up all of those (I did pick up Smitten with Mittens and I am in LOVE).
I have to say... I don't love OPI. I do love their formula. And I love the names they give their polishes. I also love that what you see in the bottle is almost exactly what you get on your nails. What I don't love is that horrible, huge brush. I can understand why some people like it. I, on the other hand, have teeny hands to begin with and itty bitty nail beds and the OPI brush makes it look like I got a five year old to paint my nails. I can overlook the brush though... so long as I have Q-Tips and polish remover.
Anyways, I got side tracked. I'm not going to blog on ALL of the Holiday colours just yet as I haven't had a chance to try them all. I just wanted to rave about Ginger Bells. I've heard a lot of people say that this is their least favorite in the collection. I can kind of understand why... I don't think it's so much a Christmasish colour as it is a fall colour! It came out about a month too late. I would have liked to have this colour as soon as the leaves started turning. It looks like pumpkin pie and I suspect I will keep wearing this shade all the way through American Thanksgiving. I don't think this is a colour for everyone, but for those of us who enjoy the fall colours this one is absolutely AMAZING!
